We are duly registered and regulated as a Money Services Business (MSB) in the United States (FINCEN #MRX23-00009943) and Canada (FINTRAC #MR23149305), and licensed as an International Money Transfer Operator (IMTO) in Nigeria (CBN License #TED/PFO/CON/PRC/002/142). Our services are delivered in collaboration with licensed financial institutions and in compliance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. These Terms apply to all users of the Services. Certain clauses may apply specifically to business clients, merchants, integrators, or API users. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting impact on your access or use.

Limitation of Liability

Rates, Quotes & Third-Party Financial Information

Sika Box does not create or control these rates. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Due to market volatility, exchange rates may fluctuate within seconds. Users are strongly advised to confirm quoted rates promptly and ensure funding is completed within the applicable time window.
• Sika Box shall not be liable for any financial loss, delay, or opportunity cost resulting from rate changes, expired quotes, or delayed transaction confirmations.;

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, and hold harmless Sika Box, for itself, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and advisors form all claims, costs, liabilities, damages, losses, and expense, suit and/or proceedings (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of or in connection with any breach by you of these Terms, including but not limited to a breach of your obligations, representation and warranties, Intellectual Property or other rights of third parties in relation to your use of the Services.

Breach of these Terms; Actions We May Take

Without prejudice to Sika’s rights, if it is discovered you are in breach in any way of these Terms, to protect Sika, Sika has the exclusive and prerogative to take any action against you. The following actions may be taken by Sika:

• Suspend your access to our website or prohibit you from accessing the website;
• De-board you as a customer;
• Refuse to provide the Services to you in the future;
• Take legal action against you.

Termination of Services

Sika Box reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of these Terms, a violation of applicable law, or if we believe your conduct could harm Sika Box, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
